Organisational Structure

Eight areas. Eight conductors.
Infinite agents.

selfdriven.money is organised around the selfdriven Foundation’s 8 Areas of Focus. Each area is led by a human conductor who orchestrates AI agents, sets direction, and ensures accountability. This is the team we’re building.

The human conductor model

In the selfdriven model, organisations are not hierarchies of managers. They are networks of human conductors — each responsible for a domain of focus — who orchestrate teams of AI agents to execute operational tasks. The conductor sets intent, provides judgment, maintains relationships, and ensures ethical accountability. The agents handle volume, consistency, and speed.

Each conductor dedicates approximately 70% of their energy to their primary area of focus, with the remaining 30% distributed across supporting areas. This creates overlap, resilience, and cross-domain awareness.

Human conductors set direction
Strategic decisions, relationship building, ethical oversight, and regulatory engagement require human judgment, empathy, and accountability.
AI agents execute at scale
Transaction monitoring, compliance screening, customer onboarding, reporting, and operational workflows are delegated to autonomous agents operating under KERI-delegated AIDs.
Trust is cryptographic
Every conductor holds a KERI AID with an ACDC role credential. Every agent operates under a delegated AID. Authority is scoped, verifiable, and revocable.
70/30 focus distribution
Each conductor invests 70% in their primary area and 30% across supporting areas — creating resilience, cross-pollination, and no single points of failure.
